Amanda Hartman (RN, MSN) was inspired to found Refresh Aesthetics, Medspa Roosevelt UT in 2019 after perceiving the need for a thoughtful, professional, and communication-focused cosmetic injector in the Basin area.
Refresh is the result of her years of professional nursing experience, her certification in the cosmetic injections industry, and her passion for empowering clients to feel more confident by augmenting their natural beauty in a subtle way rather than altering their appearance. Founder Amanda Hartman has a Masters of Science in Nursing and is a certified cosmetic injector. A profound passion for the medical and beauty industries inspired her to create Refresh Aesthetics. Amanda takes great care to provide Refresh clients with top-tier cosmetic injection solutions based on their comfort level and desired outcomes. Her passion is providing first-class cosmetic injection services that focus on expertly rejuvenating each client in a way that aligns with their personal beauty goals. Amanda’s mission is to make sure every Refresh client leaves feeling renewed, relaxed, and confident.
SHALESE KILLIAN, FNP-C
Shalese Killian, FNP-C is the Medical Director of Refresh Aesthetics. Shalese was born and raised in Neola, Utah. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Utah, and her graduate degree from Simmons University in Boston, Massachusetts. Shalese has been working in the medical field since 2014 and has been a Nurse Practitioner since 2019 practicing in both Hospitalist and Emergency Department medicine. She has always had a deep passion for medicine, and for helping others both feel and look their best! She, together with Refresh Aesthetics, value both client relationships and satisfaction. As medical director, she supports the Refresh mission in helping clients feel confident, beautiful, and refreshed! Shalese is married to Dyllion Killian and together they have a beautiful son, Sawyer. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family on their ranch in Neola, fitness, boating, traveling, mountain biking, and riding horses.
Emily Rasmussen, Injection Assistant
Emily is a native of Roosevelt, Utah. She has worked in the beauty industry with skincare and makeup for several years. After her last pregnancy, Emily struggled with melasma and has become even more passionate about skincare and treatments to get her skin healthier. Emily loves assisting Amanda and meeting all the wonderful clients. Her goal at Refresh Aesthetics is to make clients feel at ease and for them to have the best experience possible. Emily loves spending time with her three amazing kids and husband. She recently had her first grandbaby, whom she adores.
Jessica Marshall, Marketing Assistant
Jessica Marshall is the social media guru at Refresh Aesthetics. Jessica has years of social media marketing experience that comes from running her own online business. She was also the owner of Jessica Marshall photography, where she specialized in creating newborn photography. Her photography has been published and printed in magazines, restaurants, gift shops, and hospitals. Jessica has been specializing in social media marketing since 2015. She is a married mother of 3 teenage boys, that definitely keep her on her toes, but also keep her up to date on all the newest and latest social media trends! In her free time, Jessica loves to travel, eat amazing food, read, photography, and spend time with her family.
Mandy Flores, RN
Mandy Flores is an RN who is currently pursuing her BSN degree. Mandy was born and raised in California and has lived in Utah for the past 10 years. Mandy has a passion for helping others and loves helping our Refresh Beauties feel like the best version of themselves. When Mandy isn’t working, you will find her at the soccer field, in the wrestling room, or on the baseball field with her kiddos!
